Based upon a combination of mechanical dispersion and linear acceleration in air flow, ZEPHYR provides fast and accurate size and shape analysis of sieveable powders through image analysis.

The instrument combines a high quality imaging system with a robust mechanical quality design for at-line and on-line process control. Analysis duration and cleaning time are set, and the measurement is started. Within a few seconds, results are displayed. The instrument is able to analyse large quantity of sample in just a few minutes due to the high-speed air flow.

NEW ZEPHYR-ESR provides fast and accurate size and shape analysis of sieveable powders through image analysis. The instrument combines a high quality imaging system with a robust mechanical quality design for at-line and on-line process control.
